In this interview from 2023, we spoke with Nat, a 20 year old non-binary musician. Nat shared experiences growing up half Japanese and half Korean, how gender shapes the music industry, and all things friendship and transition.

“You’re cared for by so many other trans people and you’re here to protect each other when cis people, respectfully, don’t.. You deserve to live a free and happy life that isn’t suffocated by societal expectations a pressures of what gender ‘needs’ to be.”
